Yocale.ai Inc. (CSE: YAI) (OTC: YOAIF) (Frankfurt: K4G) has launched next-generation Yocale Invoicing, a fully integrated invoicing and payment layer within its AI-powered operating system for the beauty and wellness industry. The move expands the company's commerce and financial infrastructure, allowing salons, medspas, and wellness businesses to invoice clients and track balances in the same system used to manage appointments.
The importance of this launch lies in its potential to address a longstanding gap in how beauty and wellness businesses handle sales. According to the American Med Spa Association's 2024 Medical Spa State of the Industry Report, 73% of patients in medical aesthetics are repeat patients. Over the course of these relationships, clients often book services, purchase products, carry outstanding balances, and make payments across multiple visits. Traditional appointment-based systems struggle to capture this ongoing financial relationship. Yocale Invoicing extends the transaction workflow beyond the booked appointment, enabling sales to start at the front desk, in the treatment room, or from a client profile.
The new system handles a broad range of sales scenarios. A single invoice can combine services and retail products, be split across multiple payments, or cover several clients under one payer while still attributing each service to the correct individual. It can also operate independently of a booking, providing flexibility for walk-in retail purchases or quick checkouts. Every transaction flows through the same workflow as a booked appointment and is recorded on the client's file, alongside refunds, taxes, tips, and staff attribution. This creates a connected view of staff sales performance, commissions, product trends, and client purchase history.
"We didn't want to simply add an invoice screen to an appointment platform," said Aydin Asli, Chief Executive Officer of Yocale.ai. "Sales in this industry don't wait for a booking. They happen at the front desk, in the treatment room, halfway through a course of treatments. We built for how these businesses actually sell, not how software assumes they do. We're expanding the financial infrastructure within Yocale to support a much broader commerce experience over time."
As more transaction activity is managed inside Yocale, the platform becomes more central to business operations, creating opportunities across software, commerce, and embedded financial services. The company expects the resulting data to support deeper reporting, automation, and intelligent decision support over time. This launch further advances Yocale.ai's embedded-fintech strategy for the beauty and wellness industry.
Yocale Invoicing is available today to Yocale customers, either as a standalone invoicing and point-of-sale solution or as part of the broader Yocale platform. The company's technology has supported thousands of service providers across more than 22 countries, and Yocale.ai is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.
