Western Star Resources Engages Dahrouge Geological Consulting to Advance Tungsten Assets

Western Star Resources Inc. (CSE: WSR) (OTC: WSRIF) (FRA: 4K2) announced that Dahrouge Geological Consulting has joined its technical team to assist in evaluating and exploring the company's past-producing tungsten assets across Nevada and New Mexico.

Blake Morgan, CEO of Western Star Resources, stated: "We are thrilled to have added Dahrouge to our existing geological team as we continue to advance our Past Producing Tungsten Assets in Nevada and New Mexico. Dahrouge has been reviewing and analyzing the technical data at the Past Producing Eagle Point Mine in New Mexico in order to define drill targets across the known surface mineralisation and to consolidate all the data into a well-developed technical presentation and model."

Dahrouge Geological Consulting is a North American mineral exploration, consulting, and project management group with offices in Edmonton, Montreal, and Denver. The Denver office will lead support efforts for Western Star, providing regional expertise in site-specific geology and resource evaluation. The firm offers professional geological, logistical, and project management services, including project generation, program design, geophysics, project evaluation, and resource estimations.

Jacob Anderson, Certified Professional Geologist at Dahrouge, commented: "We are excited to work closely with the geological team at Western Star Resources in order to gain a better understanding of the geology and mineralization of Eagle Point Mine in New Mexico. Dahrouge will work aggressively to advance the understanding of Eagle Point's resource potential, while helping to de-risk and expand the Mineral Resource of the project."

The engagement is part of Western Star's strategy to revitalize North America's tungsten supply. The company is advancing its entry into the U.S. market through past-producing tungsten assets in historically important mining districts, positioning itself to participate in the growing need for secure domestic critical mineral supply. The intermediate goal is to develop a comprehensive program to drill the historical noncompliant resource, with plans to move toward a mineral resource estimate after an initial maiden drill program in 2026.
