The company encourages those with limited or fixed incomes to visit UGI's customer assistance page or call 1-800-UGI-WARM to check eligibility for energy assistance programs. Additionally, UGI can help eligible customers apply for the federally funded Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) grants when the application process opens on December 3.
