Synbio International, Inc. (OTC: SYIN) has announced a strategic licensing, manufacturing, supply, and revenue sharing agreement with MD PHD Wellness, Inc., securing exclusive rights to commercialize the latter's proprietary nutraceutical formulations in the United States and Canada. The agreement covers MD PHD Wellness' flagship anti-anxiety nutraceutical, which will be marketed under Synbio's Healing Force™ brand, and establishes a framework for evaluating and commercializing additional wellness products over time.
This move provides Synbio with immediate access to proprietary products without the time and cost burden of developing formulations from scratch, significantly accelerating the company's path to revenue generation. Under the agreement, MD PHD Wellness will oversee product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain management, while Synbio will handle branding, marketing, sales, and distribution. After recovering approved manufacturing and commercialization costs, profits will be shared between the parties.
Claudio Solitario, CEO of Synbio International, called the agreement a transformational milestone. “Rather than building a nutraceutical business product by product, we have established a strategic partnership that combines MD PHD’s product development and manufacturing expertise with Synbio’s commercialization capabilities,” he said. “It gives Synbio immediate access to proprietary products capable of generating near-term commercial revenue while establishing a framework to expand our wellness portfolio over time.”
The partnership leverages the scientific leadership of MD PHD Wellness founders Dr. Robert Lawrence and Dr. David Anderson. Dr. Lawrence, a physician and scientist with two Ph.D.s in Nuclear Physics and Biomedical Engineering, has developed numerous nutraceutical products, while Dr. Anderson, an experienced physician and researcher, played a key role in developing the licensed formulations. Their expertise in nutraceuticals and scientific validation underpins the product pipeline.
This agreement aligns with Synbio's broader strategy of building a diversified healthcare company. By pairing near-term revenue from commercial wellness products with longer-term value creation from its AI-driven mental health technologies, the company aims to create multiple growth avenues. The nutraceutical line is planned to launch online in 2026, generating early revenue while its software advances through validation.
The global nutraceutical market's rapid expansion presents a significant opportunity. Synbio's partnership with MD PHD Wellness positions the company to participate in this growth through a portfolio of scientifically developed products, while it continues to develop its AI-driven healthcare technologies. This dual-track approach is designed to establish recurring commercial revenue that can support continued investment in innovation.
