REALM Launches AI-Powered Intelligence Reports for Luxury Real Estate Advisors

REALM, the invitation-only global network of luxury real estate advisors, today announced the availability of REALM Intelligence, powered by Scoop, to its entire membership. This launch addresses a growing challenge for top advisors: wealth is being created and relocated at a pace that outruns manual tracking. New fortunes emerge in technology hubs, capital crosses borders, and families decide on relocations earlier than ever, leaving advisors with limited time to analyze data.

REALM Intelligence bridges this gap by delivering each member a monthly, individualized report tailored to their specific market, segment, and client base. The reports draw on a dataset assembled from public filings, corporate moves, and REALM's proprietary wealth data, then analyzed by Scoop's AI to generate actionable insights. Each report opens with a detailed view of the advisor's local market, covering inventory, pricing, absorption, and days on market in their specific segments, and benchmarks their performance against the broader network. It flags aging listings and long-held properties, offering guidance on market conditions to monitor in the coming months.

The report also scans outward to economic factors affecting the ultra-high-net-worth market, including liquidity events, executive moves, and corporate relocations, mapped to the advisor's territory. Where a connection exists within REALM, the system directs advisors to the network's collaboration tools, ensuring they can leverage existing relationships. All insights are grounded in the advisor's own listings and clients, and remain confidential to them.

The impact for advisors is significant: they can act on market shifts a month earlier, based on measurable data rather than anecdotal evidence. Newly wealthy individuals rarely announce themselves; the AI sifts through thousands of records to uncover leads that would otherwise go unnoticed. For clients who expect their advisor to be informed, this early insight can be the difference between being consulted and being overlooked.

Julie Faupel, Founder and CEO of REALM, emphasized the importance of actionable intelligence: “The industry has never had a shortage of dashboards. It has had a shortage of answers. A report telling an advisor their market softened last quarter is not intelligence. Telling them where the opportunity is in their market this quarter, and what to do about it, is. There is $127 trillion moving between generations right now, and trillions more being created outright in a handful of markets. Our members should not have to go looking for it.”

Early feedback from members has been positive. Bob Pennypacker of Sotheby's International Realty in Healdsburg, California, and Tasha and Michael Osborne of WEC Real Estate in Central Florida are among those who recognized their own market dynamics in the reports, validating the tool's relevance.

REALM Intelligence was developed in close collaboration with Scoop, involving a pilot group of REALM advisors who reviewed releases and shaped the guidance. Brad Peters, Founder and CEO of Scoop, explained: “REALM's members are owners, and each one has spent a career learning their own market; you do not build intelligence for people like that from the outside. So we ran it as a loop. The network told us what was useful and what was noise; we turned that judgment into rules the AI applies to every report, and we shipped again. Within two months we went from a first draft to a monthly report written for each of hundreds of advisors, every one of them reflecting best practice the network itself defined.”

REALM Intelligence is now available to all members, with a second release planned in the coming weeks—a wealth migration brief that tracks where affluent capital is relocating and its implications for individual markets.
