LR Health & Beauty SE, a leading European social commerce company for nutritional supplements and beauty products, has published its final annual report for the 2025 financial year, confirming the preliminary sales and earnings figures. The LR Group reported sales of EUR 277.1 million for the full year, a decrease from EUR 289.2 million in 2024. Reported EBITDA fell to EUR 16.5 million from EUR 27.3 million, impacted by one-off effects from the reorganization of the financing structure. Normalized EBITDA, which excludes these effects, stood at EUR 22.5 million, down from EUR 32.6 million in the prior year.
The results underscore the transitional nature of 2025, as the company focused on establishing a solid financial foundation and executing strategic initiatives. CEO Jorg Korfer emphasized that the newly established financing structure provides the momentum to consistently pursue initiatives in production, logistics, and sales. He noted, "The 2026 financial year is a transitional year for LR, during which we have laid the groundwork – both financially and strategically – for sustainable business growth and performance." The company is committed to working closely with its partners and expanding these relationships internationally.
A key strategic pillar is expanding in-house production. LR is investing over 2 million euros in a new, high-performance production line to centralize the manufacture of its 5in1 product category at its site in Ahlen. This includes established products such as LR 5in1 Beauty Elixir and LR 5in1 Men’s Shot. The new facility is designed to have an annual capacity of up to 40 million units and will support further product innovations in modern nutritional supplement concepts.
