Lincoln Gold Mining Inc. (TSXV:LMG) announced that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Plan of Operations for the Bell Mountain Gold-Silver Project in Churchill County, Nevada, has been formally transferred to its wholly owned subsidiary, Lincoln Resource Group Corp. This move consolidates operational control and permitting interests following the company’s acquisition of the project in January 2025.
With the mineral claims and Water Pollution Control Permit already transferred, the completion of the BLM Plan of Operations transfer means the core mineral tenure and principal operational permits for Bell Mountain are now under the company’s subsidiary structure. This consolidation is a critical step for advancing the project, which is supported by a prior NI 43-101 Preliminary Economic Assessment outlining a conceptual heap leach development scenario.
Ian Rogers, Chairman and CEO, stated: “Completion of the BLM Plan of Operations transfer represents another important milestone in the consolidation of Bell Mountain within Lincoln’s operating structure. With the principal permits and mineral tenure now consolidated, Lincoln is positioned to continue advancing technical evaluation, engineering, and development planning activities at Bell Mountain.”
The company is actively engaging with potential financing partners to fund the next phase of development. Subject to securing financing and customary approvals, Lincoln intends to continue advancing engineering and development planning. The Bell Mountain project was acquired from Eros Resources Corp. in a transaction that included common shares and a net profits interest royalty.
