The 9th annual LATINAFest, the nation’s largest outdoor festival celebrating Latinas, is set for Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Jesse Brewer Park in Exposition Park, Los Angeles. This year’s theme, “UNSTOPPABLE,” reflects the undeniable growth and economic power of Latinas, who now represent over 22.2 million women in the U.S., making up 17% of all adult women as of 2024 and the fastest-growing major female ethnic group.
The festival, which occurs one week before Los Angeles hosts the FIFA World Cup, positions itself as a powerful prelude to the city’s international moment. Co-founder Bel Hernandez Castillo emphasized that Latinas are not a trend but the future of growth. “Marketing to Latinas should not be considered a DEI initiative by corporations, it is a strategy that is good for business,” she said.
LATINAFest will feature over 100 exhibitors and vendors, showcasing Latina-owned businesses that are fueling economic growth. According to Forbes, Latina founders are starting businesses at faster rates than any other demographic group in the U.S., a testament to the community’s innovation and resilience.
The 2026 festival includes a keynote speech by celebrity event planner Loriann Serna, founder of Wife of the Party, known for her work with Hollywood’s biggest names. An opening ceremony will feature choreographer Stephanie Stevens, recently seen in Bad Bunny’s halftime show, alongside youth soccer teams. An author’s panel will include award-winning novelist Reyna Grande and Julissa Arce. Other highlights include a “Breaking the Silence” panel, live selling experiences powered by Viva Shop, morning yoga and wellness programming, art installations, musical performances, and tequila and mezcal tastings.
With over 4,000 guests in 2025, LATINAFest anticipates even greater growth in 2026. Sponsors include Angel City FC, Square, AARP, El Clasificado, and others. Lead-up events include Taste of LATINAFest on May 16, 2026, in partnership with METRO, and a 5K Fun Run on May 30, 2026, sponsored by Angel City. Sponsorship opportunities are still available for brands seeking to connect with this influential consumer group.
