Born in 1916 in Lake View, South Carolina, Whitley has lived a life defined by family, hard work, and community. The Palm Beach Gardens Fire Department honored her with 109 roses, and the La Posada Life Enrichment team organized the celebration, reflecting the community's commitment to honoring residents' stories.
