Katjes International, a European brand holding company, announced a remarkable 55% increase in Group revenue for the first half of 2026, reaching EUR 256.0 million compared to EUR 164.8 million in the previous year. EBITDA also rose by approximately 14% to EUR 15.8 million. This growth underscores the company's successful expansion strategy through strategic acquisitions and investments.
The company's portfolio expansion was highlighted by two major moves: the acquisition of Nature Delivered Ltd. ("Graze") from Unilever and a minority investment in the Italian luxury brand Missoni. Graze, a well-known healthy snacking brand in the UK, was integrated into Katjes International's portfolio in February 2026, including its London-based production site with around 180 employees. This acquisition aligns with the company's focus on health-conscious consumer trends.
In the luxury segment, Katjes Quiet Luxury, established in 2025, acquired approximately 27% of Missoni in May 2026, following its majority stake in the Bogner Group in September 2025. These investments diversify the group's brand portfolio across different market sectors.
The revenue growth was primarily driven by the consolidation of Bogner companies, which joined the Group in September 2025, and Graze, which was consolidated from February 2026. As Bogner, like much of the existing portfolio, traditionally generates a significant portion of its annual business in the second half of the year, Katjes International expects a substantial increase in earnings over the remainder of 2026.
The company's financial position remains solid. As of June 30, 2026, Group equity stood at approximately EUR 255.1 million, corresponding to an equity ratio of around 30%. Despite the acquisitions, Katjes International maintained a comfortable liquidity position of EUR 74.1 million.
Looking ahead, Katjes International confirms its guidance for the full year: at least EUR 650 million in Group revenue and an EBITDA margin between 10% and 12%. The company's confidence is backed by its strong first-half performance and the expected seasonal boost in the latter half.
The consolidated interim report as of 30 June 2026 is available at Katjes International's press and awards page.
