Mitchell becomes the firm's first female attorney in its history, a milestone that signals growth and a renewed commitment to serving Georgia communities.

Mitchell is a Marietta native with deep community ties. She attended Mount Paran Christian School before earning two bachelor's degrees from the University of Georgia in Political Science and International Affairs. She graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2025, where she served on the editorial board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, was Treasurer of the Georgia Student Trial Lawyers Association, and participated in the Criminal Defense Practicum.
Her professional background gives her a particularly valuable perspective when representing injured individuals. Before joining the plaintiff's side, Mitchell practiced insurance defense, gaining firsthand experience in how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims. That insight now informs her approach to advocating for injured people and their families.
