Jazmin Ramirez, Executive Director of Growth at CI Web Group, has been named Marketing Chair for Women in HVACR, a nonprofit organization with more than 1,200 members. The appointment places Ramirez on the organization's Board of Directors, where she will lead the marketing committee responsible for promoting Women in HVACR and supporting communications across the organization.
Ramirez brings nearly a decade of home services marketing and growth leadership to the role, along with direct experience working inside plumbing and HVAC companies. She began in customer-facing positions and progressed into operations and marketing before joining CI Web Group, where she now oversees sales and the customer lifecycle. That background gives her a practical understanding of the challenges contractors face and the audiences Women in HVACR aims to reach.
In her new capacity, Ramirez will lead a committee that collaborates with other Women in HVACR committees on press and industry outreach, the organization's newsletter, marketing for its annual conference, and promotion of educational programs and member resources. The role is critical to expanding awareness of the organization's mission to empower women across the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industry.
"This role is an opportunity to help more women know what Women in HVACR has to offer and how they can be part of it," Ramirez said. "There is already so much great work happening across the organization. I'm excited to help tell those stories, expand our reach and make sure more women across the industry know these resources are here for them."
Jennifer Bagley, CEO of CI Web Group, praised Ramirez's appointment. "I've watched Jazmin take her deep understanding of the trades and grow into an incredible leader in this industry," Bagley said. "She understands the challenges contractors face, she knows how to bring people together, and she cares deeply about helping others succeed. I can't think of a better person to help lead the marketing efforts for Women in HVACR."
Women in HVACR, founded in 2002, provides networking, mentoring, education, scholarships, professional development, and industry events designed to help women connect and advance. With more than 1,200 members, the organization has become a key resource for women seeking to build careers in a field traditionally dominated by men.
Ramirez's appointment signals a broader trend of experienced trades professionals stepping into leadership roles that bridge industry knowledge with marketing and outreach. Her dual perspective—as someone who has worked inside HVAC and plumbing companies and now leads growth for an AI-enabled marketing agency—could help Women in HVACR reach more women at different career stages.
CI Web Group, an AI-enabled marketing agency built for the trades, serves HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home service companies nationwide. The company combines AI technology with deep industry expertise in website development, digital marketing, search, and business growth. It is also the developer of Hydra OS, a website platform built specifically for home service businesses. More information about the company is available at https://ciwebgroup.com.
For Women in HVACR, Ramirez's leadership comes at a time when the industry continues to face workforce challenges and efforts to attract and retain diverse talent are increasingly important. Marketing and communications will play a central role in that effort, and Ramirez's experience positions her to help the organization tell its story more effectively.
