(INVITRX) to expand the GENREVER cosmetic brand into the United States and support regenerative medicine projects in Indonesia. The collaboration builds on a six-year commercial relationship in which Instinct Bio sourced raw materials from INVITRX.
Under the proposed collaboration, Instinct Bio will license the GENREVER trademark, and its subsidiary Artisans Production will contribute proprietary formulations and raw materials. INVITRX is expected to manufacture GENREVER products at its U.S. GMP manufacturing facility. The parties intend to position GENREVER as a premium Japanese cosmetics brand in the U.S. market, pending regulatory approvals.
In Indonesia, the collaboration aims to supply concentrated exosomes and conditioned media for planned clinics and an in-hospital cell processing center. This initiative seeks to establish a localized regenerative medicine platform in a rapidly growing healthcare market. The parties will evaluate opportunities while progressing through regulatory and commercial milestones.
