HR.com’s HR Research Institute has announced the formation of its 2027 Talent Acquisition Advisory Board, bringing together a diverse group of experienced HR and talent acquisition professionals. This board will provide guidance for upcoming research and a virtual event focused on the evolving talent acquisition landscape. The research aims to examine how organizations assess the effectiveness of their talent acquisition functions, the challenges they encounter, and the strategies, technologies, tools, and metrics they rely on to attract and hire talent.
