This year's fairs mark a significant expansion in international participation. For the first time, all ASEAN member states will be represented, with Brunei and Timor-Leste making their debuts. New exhibitors from Colombia and Greece are also joining. The Agricultural Trade Promotion Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China has organized delegations from multiple provinces to showcase premium agricultural products, using Hong Kong as a gateway to global markets. The Korea Pavilion has expanded by 40% compared to last year, making it the largest overseas pavilion with over 130 exhibitors.

The 'Food Science and Technology Zone' showcases alternative proteins and intelligent food-service robots, highlighting automation in dining solutions. For the first time, pet food products are featured, with a Hong Kong exhibitor using patented packaging to preserve nutrients without preservatives or cold-chain logistics. The halal food label, now in its third year, includes over 130 exhibitors from various markets, with a networking reception scheduled for 14 August to facilitate business connections.

Under the theme 'Clinical Translation, Regulatory Policies and Global Innovative Pathways of Traditional Medicine', the conference will discuss regulatory frameworks and international cooperation. Public education displays on Chinese medicine will be held at the Food Expo.

To celebrate HKTDC's 60th anniversary, special promotions include free admission before noon for designated leaflet holders, '6'-themed offers, and lucky draws with prizes worth over HK$1 million. The fairs will use e-tickets only, available through various platforms. These events underscore Hong Kong's role as a global trade hub, connecting businesses with consumers and fostering international partnerships in wellness and lifestyle sectors.
