The concentrated beef cattle breeding and finishing base in Zhalaite Banner, operated by a state-owned enterprise, has increased collective village income. Meanwhile, 38 enterprises authorized to use the "Hinggan League Rice" brand have adopted nine standards, driving brand value beyond RMB 31 billion.
