The agreement, signed with husband-wife duo Russell and Norelia Rogers, will bring two locations to the Dallas area, with the first slated to open at 3111 Olympus Blvd, Suite 200 in Coppell within The Sound at Cypress Waters development.
The Rogers, who bring diverse backgrounds—Russell with an MBA from Texas Christian University and experience in the U.S. Air Force, and Norelia as a registered nurse specializing in dialysis—shifted their focus from real estate rentals to franchising after the COVID-19 pandemic.
