The appointment, announced today, expands the board to seven directors, four of whom are independent.
Crump is a certified public accountant with more than 25 years of financial leadership experience. She currently serves as chief accounting officer of Insight Enterprises, where she oversees global accounting, financial reporting, compliance and corporate financial planning across 19 countries. Frontieras said her expertise in financial reporting, audit oversight, SEC compliance and corporate governance will support the company’s continued focus on disciplined execution, transparency and long-term growth.
The appointment comes as Frontieras advances commercialization of its first FASForm(TM) facility in Mason County, West Virginia. The company’s patented process transforms coal and other hydrocarbons into clean-burning fuels, hydrogen, industrial carbon, and agricultural products.
