Six years after its founding, Fifty5 Rivers has announced its most significant expansion to date: the introduction of Fifty5 Rivers Cafe, set to open this fall inside the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Business Success Center. The new cafe represents the next evolution of the company's commitment to crafting exceptional handcrafted beverages while fostering meaningful community connections.
Fifty5 Rivers was founded on the belief that exceptional beverages bring people together, a vision that has grown into a family of experiences serving the Miami Valley. The new cafe is designed as a welcoming destination for both the public and the regional business community, offering the company's signature beverage lineup, food offerings, and genuine hospitality in a space intended for conversation and collaboration. Co-founders James and Lynne Mowery emphasized that the cafe is more than an expansion; it is the creation of a place where connections can continue to grow.
The company's journey over the past six years has been one of intentional growth, expanding through manufacturing, grab-and-go service, mobile hospitality, and wholesale. At the heart of operations is Fifty5 Rivers Cold Brew, the production facility in Fairborn that supports retail, wholesale, event operations, and community partnerships. Patrons currently enjoy these offerings through Conflooence by Fifty5 Rivers, the grab-and-go coffee shop at the production facility, and aboard the Fifty5 Rivers BARge, the mobile beverage experience serving festivals, corporate events, weddings, and community gatherings throughout the Miami Valley.
The decision to locate the cafe within the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Business Success Center was driven by shared values. Fifty5 Rivers' RIVER values—Reliability, Inspiration, Value, Education, and Respect—align closely with the Chamber's vision for entrepreneurship, collaboration, professional development, and economic growth. Wendy Rodgers, President & CEO of the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce, praised Fifty5 Rivers for embodying the innovative and community-focused spirit the Chamber envisioned, noting their commitment to quality and meaningful relationships.
Construction and final preparations are underway, with the cafe expected to welcome patrons this fall. Additional details about the grand opening celebration and operating hours will be announced in the coming months. The new cafe complements the company's existing operations, which will continue serving patrons throughout the region.
Fifty5 Rivers was co-founded in 2020 by James and Lynne Mowery, whose passion for cold brew coffee began during a mountain biking trip in Virginia. Today, the company includes Fifty5 Rivers Cold Brew, Conflooence by Fifty5 Rivers, and the Fifty5 Rivers BARge. The introduction of Fifty5 Rivers Cafe marks a new chapter in the company's mission to create exceptional beverages and meaningful guest experiences.
