Elmos Semiconductor Showcases Intelligent Solutions for Future Mobility at CES 2026

Elmos Semiconductor SE (FSE: ELG) announced it will exhibit its latest semiconductor innovations at CES 2026 in Las Vegas from January 6 to 9, 2026. The company will demonstrate how its technologies make vehicles smarter, safer, and more efficient through a series of live demonstrators covering key application areas of tomorrow's mobility.

The Thermal Management demonstrator showcases how intelligent Elmos motor control ICs optimize temperature control in electric vehicles by controlling pumps, valves, and flow sensors, thereby increasing efficiency and range. Similarly, the Air Flow/HVAC demonstrator, featuring the E533.06 BLDC controller and E523.62/63 actuator driver, provides precise motor control for quiet and energy-efficient climate control inside the cabin.

Safety and reliability are highlighted by the Brake-by-Wire demonstrator, which uses the E520.47 dual-bridge sensor signal processor to measure brake pressure with maximum precision, enabling faster and safer braking. The Smart Electronic eFuse demonstrator addresses power distribution in modern zonal vehicle architectures, offering real-time monitoring and flexible load control for improved efficiency and safety.

Elmos underscores its leadership in ultrasonic sensor technology with the Ultrasonic Near-Field Ranging Demonstrator, which detects objects at distances as close as seven centimeters for applications like automated parking. The accompanying AI kit uses AI-supported grid mapping to interpret sensor data from the E521.44 and E524.20, improving object recognition and driving safety.

The company also presents lighting innovations: the OLED Rear Light demonstrator offers ultra-thin, dynamically animated rear lights with design freedom and energy efficiency, while the Dynamic RGB LED Light Bar transforms vehicle communication into light language with flowing animations. The Dynamic Glass Roof Light brings personalized lighting to the vehicle interior, enhancing comfort and design.

Elmos introduces its compact System-on-a-Chip (SoC) sensor E527.06 for reliable rain and darkness detection, demonstrated through a rain-light tunnel demonstrator that controls an autonomous rear windshield wiper based on rain intensity and light conditions. Additionally, the company's patented single-chip solution for a Quantum Random Number Generator (QRNG) uses quantum principles for cryptographic security, presented in a compact USB stick format that generates true random numbers verified according to the NIST standard.

These innovations reflect Elmos' commitment to advancing mobility through intelligent semiconductor solutions, addressing megatrends such as autonomous driving, electromobility, and software-defined vehicles.
