CleanGo Innovations Inc. (CSE: CGII) (OTC: CLGOF) (FRA: APO2) has announced the launch of CG-P100, a new product line for pipeline maintenance, decontamination, and bioremediation within the oil & gas and water desalination sectors. The water-based, biodegradable formulation offers an alternative to traditional chemical cleaning methods that rely on synthetic acids or solvents, which can accelerate metal pitting and structural corrosion over time. According to the company, CG-P100 operates on a molecular level to reduce interfacial tension between hydrocarbons, organic scaling, and pipe walls, allowing blockages to be flushed out without chemically dissolving materials. Its non-corrosive profile avoids free hydronium ions or caustic bases, maintaining a neutral pH that safeguards steel, alloy, and composite pipeline materials. The formula also includes a built-in corrosion inhibitor to extend pipeline life. In oil transmission lines, CG-P100 is designed to separate oils from water and solids without generating tight chemical emulsions, enabling operators to recover hydrocarbons through standard separation processes. For desalination infrastructure, the product targets bio-fouling and organic residue in intake lines without leaving persistent residues that could interfere with reverse osmosis membranes or affect municipal water standards.
Product delivery and commercial deployment will be managed by the CleanGo Arabia Joint Venture, announced in August 2025, which focuses on infrastructure operations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Given the concentration of major oil transmission networks and large-scale municipal desalination plants in the Middle East, the joint venture will handle localized logistics, operational integration, and corporate pilot programs for CG-P100. The entry into the GCC market aligns with regional investments in water security and energy transport maintenance. GCC nations experience absolute water scarcity, relying heavily on desalination infrastructure. Saudi Arabia alone processes roughly 7 million cubic meters of desalinated water per day, and its water desalination plant equipment market is projected to reach $13 billion by 2032, according to a report by P&S Intelligence. Maintaining these intake networks without corrosive agents remains an operational priority. Additionally, the GCC manages extensive networks of crude oil and refined product pipelines that require consistent cleaning to manage paraffin, sludge, and scale accumulation.
