WEST CHESTER, PA — Carosella & Associates, P.C., a law firm serving Chester County, Delaware County, and surrounding Pennsylvania communities, has expanded its Family Law practice with the addition of Tina M. Weber, Esq., an attorney with more than two decades of legal experience. The move underscores the firm's commitment to providing strategic representation for clients navigating divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, protection from abuse matters, adoptions, and prenuptial or postnuptial agreements.
Ms. Weber is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New York. She began her career as a trial attorney in Philadelphia handling personal injury litigation before establishing her own firm in 2001. She currently serves as a parent attorney for the Berks County Court of Common Pleas, advocating for family reunification when appropriate.
Throughout her career, Ms. Weber has handled challenging and high-profile cases. She has advocated for victims of child sexual abuse while coordinating with prosecutors in New York and Massachusetts, provided testimony supporting New York's 2019 Child Victims Act before the state's Codes Committee, and represented mothers wrongfully accused of Munchausen by proxy, helping reunite families. She has also served as a Continuing Legal Education instructor for NITA and PEG, presenting programs on evidence, trial advocacy, and related topics.
Vincent Carosella, Jr., Senior Partner at Carosella & Associates, said, "Welcoming Tina Weber to our firm represents an important investment in the continued growth of our Family Law practice. Her extensive litigation background, commitment to client advocacy, and decades of experience handling sensitive family law matters strengthen our ability to provide thoughtful, strategic representation for individuals and families throughout Pennsylvania."
Carosella & Associates approaches family law with an understanding that legal issues often intersect with financial, business, real estate, and estate planning considerations.
