Bollinger Innovations, Inc. (NASDAQ: BINI) has announced a $7,500 price adjustment on existing inventory of its Mullen ONE and Mullen THREE electric vehicles for commercial customers, effective immediately. The price cuts bring the MSRP of the Mullen ONE to $27,000 and the Mullen THREE to $61,000. Combined with the available $7,500 Inflation Reduction Act credit for deliveries before September 30, the incentives position both models as high-value options in the Class 1 and Class 3 commercial EV segments. The announcement comes as the company, formerly known as Mullen Automotive, undergoes a rebranding and will relabel the vehicles under the Bollinger Motors name starting with the 2026 model year.
The price reduction is a strategic move to boost sales before the federal incentive deadline, making the vehicles more accessible to commercial fleets. The Mullen ONE is a Class 1 EV cargo van, while the Mullen THREE is a Class 3 EV cab chassis truck, both produced at the company's U.S. manufacturing facility in Tunica, Mississippi. Bollinger Innovations also offers the Bollinger B4 Class 4 truck, with a Class 5 model anticipated in 2027. The company's commercial dealer network includes seven dealers such as Papé Kenworth, Pritchard EV, and National Auto Fleet Group, providing coverage in key markets across the West Coast, Midwest, Pacific Northwest, New England, and Mid-Atlantic regions.
This price cut is significant for the commercial EV market as it lowers the total cost of ownership for businesses transitioning to electric fleets. The combination of manufacturer incentives and federal tax credits could accelerate adoption rates, particularly for last-mile delivery and service vehicles. Bollinger Innovations' rebranding and expansion of its product lineup, including the Bollinger B4 and future models, indicate a long-term commitment to the commercial EV sector.
