A Place At Home – North Austin, a home care agency serving Williamson and Travis Counties, has received the Best of Round Rock Award for the second year in a row. The award, determined by community votes, attracted nearly 50,000 participants this year, highlighting the agency's reputation for trusted, relationship-based senior home care across Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, and Austin.
The recognition follows a year of significant expansion and community partnerships. The agency opened a new Round Rock office and collaborated with the ShareTheWill Foundation to provide power wheelchairs for local veterans. Co-owners Stacey Eisenberg and Bryan Eisenberg founded the agency with a mission to "put care back into caregiving," blending professional expertise with local heart to offer in-home care for seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities.
Stacey Eisenberg's background includes leadership and advocacy for older adults. She is a community educator with the Alzheimer’s Association, serves on the Adult Protective Services Volunteer Board, and contributes to the Aging Services Council. Bryan Eisenberg is a Round Rock Chamber Ambassador and hosts the Rock Solid Round Rock Podcast, which highlights community leaders.
The agency specializes in dementia and Alzheimer’s care, with caregivers receiving advanced training led by Stacey. Its continuity-of-care model ensures clients see familiar faces, helping seniors remain comfortable at home. Services range from two-hour shifts to 24/7 care. Through the ShareTheWill Foundation partnership, the agency has provided over 30 power mobility chairs to local veterans, part of its "Community Compassion in Action" initiative.
